There are few documents based on Nepal, which only discuss the impact of climate on agriculture and other sectors, but few documents mainly discuss the trend of disease occurrence in Nepal. In a few literatures, there is no literature on whether environmental factors are important predictors of the prevalence of the disease. In addition, the indirect mitigation measures taken by families to reduce the incidence of disease caused by climate change are also unknown. Therefore, this study aims to determine the factors that affect the prevalence of diseases in rural hilly areas in western Nepal. The results show that the disease prevalence is highest in rural areas in western Nepal.
